- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's impossible to get through to them on the phone. I've been trying for two days and I either get a busy signal or I'm told that all the representatives are busy. There is no option to hold - you just have to hang up and try again. I'm trying to cancel an appointment.
